*Return purchases:-
-If you wish to return any part of your order, you must inform us of this within a maximum of 3 days of receiving your order. Notification is made via email, WhatsApp messages available on the website, or Instagram messages.
- We will return the value of the products to be returned, minus the value of the delivery and return shipment within Saudi Arabia, with a total of 40 Saudi riyals. The amount will be returned within 10 working days of receiving and examining the returns to the payment card account (weekends and official holidays). It is not counted among the days.
*Discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable.
-The customer is responsible for returning the products to us by delivering the products to the nearest shipping company branch to him. This must be done within 2 working days from the time the return policy is issued. Otherwise, the policy is considered void and the order cannot be returned.
